Not really a bargain, but the Organic gardening catalogue have a very nice range of veggies for autumn planting image
  • Has anyone tried the 20p packets of seeds from Aldi?  I was wondering whether to take the risk and buy some, or not.

I've not bought seeds that cheap from Aldi but have had seeds from there and they have been fine. Check when they need to be sown by and if you plan to sow before then - go for it...

I recently picked up two red gooseberry plants from Aldi for only £1.79 eachimage.
