Gardeners world live 2022 subscriber lounge

What are the access arrangements for this year please? The magazine says that subscriber tickets will include a voucher for access to the lounge but my print at home tickets don't show any voucher, (that I can see).

Did you have any success contacting them? I don't have a voucher either. A friend has a voucher which came by email entitling him to take up to three guests into the lounge. I should like to take my husband.
