Can I prune my rose?

Hello!

We are shutting the garden down today and planting bulbs. This rose, DA Mill on the Floss is very unruly. Can I prune it a bit? Usually do in Spring.

    ..yes, prune it as much as you want...I would probably prune about a 1/3rd off...  in my garden I found it wanted to be a climber.. so best of luck with that...
