What's going on with my silver dust?

Hello.
I have some beautiful silver dust. 1 or 2 months ago I found a green worm on it, that was sucking out the life of it. About a week ago again I found another one.
I also found 2 little branch with brownish mildew on it, so I cut those off.
I kept it in the greenhouse outside until now. Seemed there were too much rain got into the greenhouse, so I replanted to a dryer soil and checked for any bugs or worm in there. I sprayed it with neem oil.
It still doesn't look very happy. Looks kind of sad.
Here's a couple of picture with mildew and brownish leaves when it was outside.

And now it's on the windowsill.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thank you for looking.

How is the water draining out of that pot? They need light, free draining soil.
The green 'worm' would have been a caterpillar.
At the moment I try to dry it up and it's an a brightish windowsill.
It was in my mini green house but the rain got inside and soaked too much.
There are two holes on the bottom for drainage.
