Please help identify this plant -thanks

Well, I can't decide if this is a "Stipa" or "Carex", your assistance please.

    Hi I really can't decide if these grasses are "Stipa" or "Carex", can you help please.

    My money's on Carex. It doesn't look like Stipa gigantea, which has wider leaves, and it looks too coarse for Stipa tenuissima. Obviously, there are other stipas but if you didn't buy it from a grass specialist I think it looks more like a carex.

    Stipa tenuissima is a bit more upright too.  My money is also on a Carex

    Carexes have solid stems, and they're usually triangular, so it's easy enough to check.  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
