Scabious revisited
I seemed to have caused confusion in my previous post so trying again.
Booght 2 plants but onlyvone looks like this the other is far taller so is it a different variety but I can't find any photos on Google that resembles it.
My plant, the inner ruffle is a pale lilac and outer petals a much paper blue.

Try Scabiosa caucasica...many named cultivars...some have pink ruff inside.
