Identifying a rose



  • Been gardening for 32 years and the two photos above ive not come across and do not know the name of, if anyone can help?

    Photos taken in autumn of 2019 and in Braintree, Essex, England.

    ...I should point out that when i.d'ing roses that are not well known, one needs considerably more information... I would need full bush shots, wide open blooms and lots of them, and taken during the summer not autumn... autumnal flowers can look very different...also close ups of the foliage,...  also some indication when the rose was planted also helps.. it stands the first one may be 'Anis Perfumella'... the 2nd I have no idea, I would need to see a lot more of this rose..

    Your first photo looks like Rose ' Burgundy Ice' not sure of the second one.

    'Burgundy Ice' is more purple than shown in the photo which looks pink to me, if the colours are accurate, but without seeing the foliage, more blooms and growth habit,'s impossible to be sure..
