mot even sure what plant this is, but something has been feasting on it... any ideas? 🐛

    The photo is a bit fuzzy but it looks to me more like leaf-cutter bee which is harmless rather than chomping by vine weevil adults which would not be good as their larvae eat thru plant roots.
