    Can't actually find 'Notification Preferences'...
Login to the main site www.gardenersworld.com rather than this forum and you'll find them there under 'My account' at the top.
Edit: Oops, sorry!  They are under the cog symbol on this forum site - choose 'Edit profile'.

    Hi @Chivetalking has that worked?

Is it email notifications you want or Pop ups?

@Chivetalking try checking your Spam box or whatever it’s called. Sometimes an update can result in your email system sending automatic notifications going there instead of you Inbox.

I think there must be a problem with the system,  l haven't had any notifications for a couple of days.
I'm sure @Daniel Haynes is on to it  :)

Maybe logging out and coming back in via the main site rather than just the forum might be the equivalent of ‘switching it off and on again’ 💡

I'm another one missing email notifications.
  • My notifications aren't coming through either. Did you receive a response from the web team @Chivetalking?
