I started some Pam's Split' off this year in February, one of the best growers has a flower spike, should I remove if I want it to perform next year?

Leave it to flower. You started it off earlier than it would grow naturally so it’s behaving like an annual.

I agree, sowing early is a good way to get late flowering Foxgloves

Ok will leave it be. I think I prefer the idea of foxgloves being an early summer plant for some reason .I didn't really think that it may flower late summer/autumn when I started it. I have others on the go so should be good either way. Thanks
