Is this cucumber mosac virus?

It feels like this year was really bad for cucumbers in the uk. We have had so much rain in the past few weeks and with it i've had a lot of aphids on my cucumbers. I have been spraying them with neem oil and soap water but i fear that this in combination with the heavy rainful is what's responsible for this issue with my plants. Have a look at the pictures and see what you think. Is there any course of action i should take/any hope left for them? Some are worse than others. They are in the post below.
