Gardening to Lose Weight?
Does the gardening help you to lose weight? My sister is also fond of gardening.
So, as soon as she started to do it she lost a lot of weight and just became slimmer. I spend a lot of time in the garden too, but haven’t lost any weight!
I already drink Garcinia to reduce my appetite, and I bought Nivele for my thighs. I’m hoping that at least it will help.
What about you? Did you manage to lose weight?

Eat more calories than you burn off and get fat. Burn more calories than you eat and lose weight.
Exercise, such as gardening, will help burn calories and turn fat into muscle so you look and feel trimmer but, most importantly, being outdoors messing with plants and soil and the birds and bees satisfies your soul and makes you happier.
I usually blob a bit in winter and trim a bit from spring to autumn.
The majority of gardens simply would not burn that amount of calories for very long but they all give a feeling of well being. That could help with diet and mental health in the long run.
Unless you have several acres, and are doing heavy work all the time, gardening won't make you lose weight as such.
It'll keep you fit - mentally and physically though.
