Weed ID please

The  leaves  look  like toadflax ax  but the buds (or are they flowers ?) don't 

In London. Keen but lazy.

    At first glance horseweed but the leaved are too neat?

    Thanks,Ju and Lyn. I think it was horseweed. It succumbed to the lawnmower yesterday.
