I recently bought a Euphorbia Lathyris. It has shed most of its leaves and all that remains are the seed pods. I believe they explode. Given the wet weather and grey sky we have had I have cut them off including the parts of the stem and placed them in a tax office brown envelope. Is it likely they will ripen and explode in the envelope?
Are there any other methods for getting seeds before they rot away in the wet weather?
