Sacred bamboo diseased?

Hoping someone can help.  One of my three sacred bamboo is suffering from something.  Distorted leaves which look crinkled up affecting whole plant now.  Is it mosaic? Can I save the plant or do I dig it out? Will it affect the other two? Any advice gratefully received. image

    Thank you... Not sure if it's helpful but it's a Nandina domestica Seika.
