hi, can anyone tell me what this thug is? its growing rampant in next doors garden as pic, but is coming under my fence and penatrating my lawn. how can i get rid?

thanks for the replys,guys, its just that its growing everywhere in next doors garden,in between flags and up against house wall ect,everywhere she dosnt want it.
