hi guys,should i pinch out my pepper and chilli plants and if so what are the benefits,also at what stage do i do this .

    I don't pinch out them at all, just transplant into larger pots once the roots fill the pots they are in.  Pinching out delays flowering and both chillies and peppers need as long a growing season as possible;  as this is relatively short in the UK compared to their native habitat they are best left to their own devices.

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
