Hello Everyone just a quick update regarding rat problem .There has been no fresh droppings in or around location where i took the photo's i have placed a couple of traps in the area but i'm thinking they might of moved on(hopefully) but we'll see.
If i do catch one or two how long should i keep laying traps down ?
Hello 1runnybeak1 yes placed 1 trap on the run and 1 about 1 metre away both were baited with chocolate spread both baits were eaten.Very supprised there was nothing there they must of moved at light speed or something !!!!!!
Hello dovefromabove yes tried them out and yes they worked properly , very sensitive to the touch i'm starting to think are the rats eating the dead ones.
Not the best thread i've posted here but in need of everyones advice

Definitely rats! You will need to get rid or you will be overrun, they breed quicker than you can blink.
Thanks everyone this is priority now i'll get this sorted quick

Are they adjusted properly? Have you tried setting them and then pressing the pressure plate with a (longish) stick?

Rats are very crafty. When I've had a rat problem I've used one of these http://www.screwfix.com/p/procter-rat-bait-station/71520
It sorted the problem within a few days.
