Can you identify this larva?

I recently found a number of larva like things beneath the compost of cauliflower and lettuce seedlings. They are about 1cm in diameter and maybe 1.5cm long. Appear to be wrapped in green leaves with a cap on each end. inside is a squishy larva is the best way to describe it.
Does anyone have any ideas what these are please?
I have some photos to help.

Mining bee larva. They make a hole, line it with a leaf and lay their egg. It develops over winter and emerges in spring.
Yes, leaf-cutter bees.
