Close to the ground, these look like small roses but are not. so what are they?
A primula. The collar of leaves around the flower makes it more likely to be one of the sports of Primula vulgaris such as Kerbelmilk
The old name for this type was Jack in the green.

Thank you fidgetbones i searched online and i think it is Primula but i think it is PRIMULA VULGARIS BELARINA BUTTERCUPYELLOW
