Wind damage

I have come home from working away and the Spider Lillys and peacock orchids i was growing have been damaged by the heavy winds.

Should i cut off the broken leaves or will the plants just right themselves?

Losing flowers is rarely fatal to plants, especially bulbs, losing leaf can be, as that's where the food for the bulb comes from. I'd take off any bits that are breaking off and which flapping in the breeze could cause rocking of the main plant but leave as much as you possibly can.
