One of the many Cup fungi ... possibly the Dung Cup fungus as it grows on manure ... no idea whether it's toxic/edible but I wouldn't go eating it ... however it's not going to harm your plants and you always wash your hands after gardening don't you?
I've come across similar many times in gardens, on muck heaps etc and I'm still here
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
What they're actually doing is breaking down the organic matter in the soil (e.g. manure) into a form that will be usable by your plants ...... so they're a very important plus in your garden.

Thanks for the ID ?? good to know it's not harmful, they seem to like my manure!
