Dried out asparagus - will it recover?

Planted 10 asparagus plants in the spring. Watered them well for several weeks but was away for 1 week when very sunny. On return recent shoots of 3 of the plants had turned brown, presumably because roots got too dry
Will they recover? Anything I can do?
Advice very welcome

Just keep them watered and cross your fingers!
