hi this rather fast growing climber has grown and needs an id. I thought it might be a squash but dont think so anymore. Looks like the flower is closing slowly so maybe a flower that closes during the day?

Squash, cucumber, something along those lines. As it's inside try pollinating the flowers and see what fruit you get. image

cool. Theres only one flower yet and as I understand it I need to wait for a male flower as well before I can pollinate. Do they die after flowering and producing fruit like an annual?

From what I can tell I think the one flower at the moment is the male flower.
