No flowers

I have some lupins in my garden which flowered the first year they were planted but  for the last couple of years have not flowered at all. The leaves are healthy but the plants simply refused to flower or even produce flower spikes we just get foliage.

Have you ever fed them? It sounds more like a management issue, ie, lack of nutrients,  or the conditions they're growing in. What is your soil like? What else is growing nearby, and in what aspect? They're usually fairly trouble free, apart from the aphids at this time of year, or slug damage.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
