Browning meshy leaves

Can you help?  One of my trees always developes a mesh like effect on the leaves. They brown and die. I fear I will have to remove it!

What type of tree is it jennifer?
A photo of the tree and a close up of a leaf would be a big help

Should be ok now ... start with the camera icon ... if it doesn't upload reduce the size of the photo.
