White leaves

Why are these leaves white, had the plant for years, grows very healthy and flowers except for the white, on new leaves and old, looks like they have been dipped in paint. It's not a deposit, just the leaf colour, can anyone tell me why?

I think it is the variety. presumably they do that every year and not just this year? It is a form of variegation.
How strange, I have some little Orange Agastache seedling done exactly the same thing!
Could it be a Actinidia kolomikta? There is on in our local park and I would really love one. Apparently it can take quite a few years for the colour changes to happen.
It does look very like that, it may be! Brilliant :-)
