Which edger?

Hello, I need some help please with purchasing a lawn edger. What is the functional difference, if any, between the two:

     lol...one is pointed, the other isn't, any reason for that?

    I imagine a pointed one might dig into the ground a bit more easily - but I'm not sure.

    All my lawn edgers have been the half-moon / semi-circular shape and I've never had any problems - except when it finds the odd half brick or large flint image
