It looks like Japanese anemone to me. I have it in my garden, it flowers late summer but I class it almost as a weed as it is a runner. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be able to give you a definite answer.
Looks like Jap anem to me too - mine are exactly at that stage too.
They can be slightly invasive, but it depends on soil ,weather conditions and the variety, so don't let it put you off. They seed around, but if you deadhead, they're not a problem. I love them.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Looks like a raspberry cane or redcurrant shrub.
I don't think it's a raspberry- will it flower?
