Looks like a Voo Doo lily to me.
Lovely flower which unfortunately smells like rotting meat to attract flies!

The 'wildflowers' under it are going to bring many years of headaches (sorry!!! ) unless you don't mind them.
Field Horsetails (Equisetum arvense).
Madpenguin is correct on the main ID
I fear Dave might be as well but I can't see them clearly enough
