Too Early To Seed ?

i am located in southern ontario canada area,
temps in the day have been around 15-20C and at night down to 8-10C is it still too early to seed?
i have one garden fully prepared and am getting the itch to seed....two days from now the temp is supposed to be 25-30C
this garden will contain sunflowers at one end, an sweet corn at the other end,

Sounds OK for starting sunflower seeds off to me. I usually start sweet corn off indoors until large enough to put out after the frosts are completely finished in this country (UK) (usually well into June).
