Shrubs ID PLease

imageimageimageCan anyone tell me what these are please? First is one in my garde which I've pulled out before believing it to be the start of some sort of tree? The other two are near me and I wondered if I can get young plants the same for my garden. I particularly like the variegated leaf one which I think might be a weigela?

    1. Looks like self seeded beech in a bed of forget me nots.

    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
