I think between us all we know everything so Im hopiing you can help

I buy local honey and chose the runny sort

I use some and when I turn round its gone crystalline

? What am i doing wrong

? How can I get it back to runny

    I think that's what honey does naturally. You'll have to eat it more quickly

    IF YOU HEAT IT VERY VERY GENTLY IT WILL GO RUNNY AGAIN.

    You are not doing anything wrong, it happens.. If you want to get it back to runny put in microwave for about 30 secs.. this will make it runny but once cooled it will recrystalise..

    I used the microwave and after about 20 goes of 5 second bursts it is runny again
