Frosted young dahlia shoots

An unexpected frost on Tuesday night singed all my tender new dahlia shoots. They look charred! Will the tuber produce more and should I snip off the damaged ones?

Ours got ravaged by slugs, right to the ground, and still produces more shoots. Have faith. Not sure about frosted ones, I doubt it would hurt to leave them intact, I figure less chance of infection with no open wound.
