Blood fish and bone meal

Can blood fish and cornmeal compound be used if it has been kept in a damp environment. My box has been stored in these conditions.

It tends to stick together, but if you dry it out and bash it back to a fine powder, it is fine.  If its really bad, mix it into the compost heap.
