help - Lonicera with yellow new leaves
Hello,
I am an absolute beginner gardener but I am slowly learning using the vast amount of online information. However, I wasn't able to find an answer to my latest concern.
I have planted a lonicera last autumn outside our house on a north facing wall. It's been growing new branches nicely this spring but all new leaves are mostly yellow. I'm not sure if it's a problem?
Thank you!

They're not good pot subjects I'm afraid. It'll be dying of thirst.
If you can't get it in the ground, you'll need to find it a container several times bigger than the one it's in. A good helping of well rotted manure and a soil based compost for it will also be beneficial. Water thoroughly and give it a mulch, then keep it well watered. That night keep it going for a while.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Thank you, Fairygirl. I think it might need moving then, there's no space for a much bigger container.
I just remembered I kept the label the came with the plant; it's called Horwood Gem and the yellow and green colouring of the leaves is perfectly normal
