Fig Leaves Dead?

My 4yo Fig has gone from looking perfectly healthy to this in a week - any ideas what this is?? Thanks in advance for any help.

The leaves on mine are ok ... but the figs have been blasted
The plants should be ok ... but we may not get ripe figs for breakfast this year.
