Best schedule to water turf

I have asked several questions regarding my newly layed turf which has now been down about 4 weeks and always had loads of advice as I am a complete beginner.......we have had no rain at all in my area of Edinburgh since I layed the turf (unbelievable) the weather has been a mixture of warm and sunny and warm and windy........so now my grass is 4 weeks old how often should I water it cinsidering the weather......is it better to give it a decent water every couple of days or water it a little every day......it is well rooted and does not pull up at all and is very thick and green gave a first cut last week and has grown loads this week pic is lawn yesterda
