Shaping rose's episode

Hi

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to be posting this but I'm looking for help with an episode we saw a while ago, it could be a couple of years. In the episode Monty was using canes to shape a shrub rose into a ball. We would like to try this with an unruly rose we have on the garden of a new house we have bought. I've tried to find the episodes looking at description on the website but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
