I have a vitis vinifera regent vine to plant up in a large container. It will be growing up a trellis on a wall which is south facing. What soil do I put in the container?

I would use loam-based John Innes No 3 and a large container.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
