Cuphea hyssopipholia

Hello,
I have a beautiful Cuphea hyssopipholia for about one year, and until two weeks ago it was great. However, since then the leaves have been dying, from the top to the basis. It becomes, also, from the exterior part of the plant to the inside, and it affects the all brunch.
Can someone help understand what is happening to my plant?
I water it with a water rich in clorum (CL-) and calcium (Ca2+), from the tap (but I've been doing this since ever).
