Plum tree

I love living in the north east on England went out and started to prune my plum tree as it is in full leaf weather forecast said rain showers and guess what it's just started to snow. Will my tree be ok?

    ER, I WOULDN'T BE PRUNING A PLUM TREE UNTIL MID TO LATE SUMMER MYSELF.

    Prune plums and other prunus in late June to avoid Silver Leaf infection. 

    Don't think snow will kill it tho'  - has it blossomed yet?


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    June for plums. Too early, for this reason.
