Olive tree

Hello. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on salvaging this olive tree. It's in a sunny spot in south east England. It seems to be failing to grow at all (we've had it almost 3 years . also it's getting eaten by something. I'm attaching some pictures . any advice would be much appreciated!  Tom

    It looks as if the leaves are being eaten by adult vine weevils.

    Is it in a container or planted into the ground?

    Can we see a pic of the whole plant please?

    What size of pot is it in. Have you ever pruned. How much do you feed and water.
