Camillia discoloured leaves

This is the first spring in my garden for this Camellia x Williamsii Mary Christian. Some of the lower leaves are turning odd lightish green colour from the tip to the centre. Its in the right soil and I've been feeding it. I wonder if I've been over watering it... Also the plant had only one bud on it this spring whereas when I bought it, it had about 5. Any advice?
