I am moving house in the summer (early July hopefully) and want to take my lovely large hellebores (about 10 years old). Am I better potting up now or waiting till the move and digging them up then? My feelings are to dig up now whilst cooler rather than simply transfer in summer. Any advice greatly appreciated!
Don't forget that you may not take plants out of the garden without informing the purchaser before hand that they are excluded from the sale. If you can then do it now, but water well first and take as big a root ball and soil as possible. Keep the pots cool and well watered.
This i know but that's all sorted. Thanks, that was my feeling.
