Help ID tree and shrub please

Looking at a couple of plants and trying to find out what they are to buy more, can anyone help? The shrub is highly fragrant. Thanks! Sorbus for the tree?

The shrub looks like a pittosporum. Not sure on the tree!

The tree looks OK for Sorbus aria, Whitebeam, might be a fancy named one or the species
In the sticks near Peterborough
Pittosporum 'Silver Queen' (hasn't got the pink tinges to the leaf edges that 'Garnettii' has) and, yes, sorbus aria. Beautiful tree when the leaves first emerge with that silver shine to them.
