Dividing Lillies

I have now realised that the 4 lilly bulbs I had in a pot now have too many shoots (pictures) which means I should have separated bulbs in autumn. Is now (mid-April) too late to separate them in 2-3 pots? or should I not disturb them now, but keep feeding them heavily?

    I'm by no means an expert but I had the same as you ~ lilies coming through really congested in pots. This was about a month ago and so I emptied the pots, divided them and potted them on.

    They are growing really well now.
