Just thought I would give some positive feedback on Dorset Perennials I purchased some perennial plants on line from them in February of this year . One plants has not produced any signs of growth and it's not saying it won't as nature can be a bit slow . I have contacted Dorset who have had no problems sending a replacement plant to me
There are a lot of good plant suppliers and some very bad that have been slated on this forum. So if you want great customer service from a company when something is not right, then this company gets 10 out of 10

I've bought from DP for the past few years, always been happy with my plants. I think I recommended them on the - Good guys thread a while back.
Good to know - especially as we live in Dorset! if I had to recommend just one firm it would be Woolmans. I have bought plants and bulbs from them in the last twelve months and don't think I'll ever go back to the companies I used to use. The quality is excellent and customer service first class.
I used them and was very pleased, good prices and delivered promptly. I'm sure I'll be using them again.
