Geranium Patricia not really growing

Bought a Geranium Patricia last year having been impressed with some Rozanne's we have on the other side of the garden.

Last year it produced one tiny little shoot and flower :(

This year my Rozanne's have already grown to the size of a large dinner plate but the Patricia still looks weak and smaller than the size of my palm.

What's going wrong? Was hoping for an explosion of ground cover and glorious pink flowers but doesn't look like they will be forthcoming?

Is it getting enough sun if it's on the opposite side of the garden to the Rozanne? I know it can cope with some shade, but if it's getting too much it may well not be happy.
