Removing grass

Hi

New to this image

I have devided off an area and fitted a weed control barrier and  placed chipped bark over the top.  So far so good.  The question is, is there any stuff I can spray on the chipping to stop bits n pieces of grass coming back?

Thanks

Make sure your bark chippings are nice and deep, and that should keep stuff from growing under the weed barrier (hopefully you got a high quality one).  In a year or two or three the bark is going to rot down on top of the barrier, and will make a lovely medium for weeds/grass to grow above the barrier. They are pretty easy to pull by hand, if you catch them before the roots grow down through the barrier.  Just keep topping up with fresh mulch every year, and that will keep most of them from growing.
